This was our second stay at this wonderful hotel in Cairo, and it exceeded our expectations again. The staff were friendly, professional, and always helpful. Breakfast was fantastic, the location ideal, and our spacious room had a stunning view. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Cairo – we’ll definitely be back!

Everything was beyond belief. The food was incredible and the chefs Mahmoud Al-Bassel, Mustafa, Ibnoub, Saad made sure that we experienced the best that Egyptian cuisine has to offer. The concierge team helped us organize unforgettable adventures, including our visit of the Giza pyramids with Mo, our very knowledgeable and passionate egyptologist and private tour guide and Sayed Bekhit our amazing and very helpful driver. We also enjoyed some very relaxing and rejuvenating massages and facials thanks to the excellent spa team and the stunning facilities. Finally the attention to details was unmatched with little surprises left in our room by the turndown staff, including a special treat to celebrate International Women's day. The service was overall exceptional and we had a very comfortable stay.

Very nice room overlooking the Nile! The hotel has a boat that includes a number a restaurants. We tried Zoe, a Mediterranean restaurant and the food was excellent!

Our stay at the Four Seasons Cairo at First Residence was truly exceptional. The hotel is beautifully appointed and perfectly located, offering an elegant and serene atmosphere in the heart of Cairo. One of the standout features is the array of facilities available — from a high-end mall within the property to a luxurious spa, casino, and several excellent restaurants, everything is designed to provide a premium experience. The staff was outstanding — always courteous, professional, and ready to assist with any request. Their attention to detail made us feel genuinely welcomed. Breakfast was delicious, with a generous variety of high-quality options. It’s important to note that it is not included in the room rate, and unfortunately, no one at check-in mentioned the possibility of adding it for an extra fee, which led to a small misunderstanding. The rooms were impeccably maintained throughout our stay, with housekeeping regularly ensuring everything was spotless. We also appreciated the complimentary late check-out, which was a thoughtful touch. The only minor shortcoming was the lack of refill for the soap and hand/body wash, which was a bit surprising given the overall level of service. All in all, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend the Four Seasons Cairo at First Residence to anyone seeking luxury, comfort, and top-tier hospitality.
