The staff are amazing and very helpful, specially the concierge Mr. Mustafa Abdelhaliem, the room is spacious , Breakfast is amazing and good selection

Everything was beyond belief. The food was incredible and the chefs Mahmoud Al-Bassel, Mustafa, Ibnoub, Saad made sure that we experienced the best that Egyptian cuisine has to offer. The concierge team helped us organize unforgettable adventures, including our visit of the Giza pyramids with Mo, our very knowledgeable and passionate egyptologist and private tour guide and Sayed Bekhit our amazing and very helpful driver. We also enjoyed some very relaxing and rejuvenating massages and facials thanks to the excellent spa team and the stunning facilities. Finally the attention to details was unmatched with little surprises left in our room by the turndown staff, including a special treat to celebrate International Women's day. The service was overall exceptional and we had a very comfortable stay.

Very nice room overlooking the Nile! The hotel has a boat that includes a number a restaurants. We tried Zoe, a Mediterranean restaurant and the food was excellent!
